DELIVERY & DISPATCH
All orders are shipped using Sendle with a tracking reference emailed to you once your order has been shipped. We aim to ship within 1-3 business days after receiving the order between Monday to Friday.
Please be aware: Due to the current postage load increasing over COVID restrictions, there may be a longer delay than normal on all post items, so we ask that customer allow plenty of time for their items to arrive. We endeavour to always make sure your items reach you as soon as possible and we appreciate your understanding during this time.
-Orders over $99 are sent FREE.
-Orders under $99 are sent via standard shipping for $10.
-You will receive a tracked delivery notification via Sendle once your is shipped. They now provide a contactless delivery with no signature required. Sendle regular tracked service generally takes between 3-11 business days after dispatch.
(As Heart and Hamper is based in Melbourne, please make note that Hampers and Gift boxes may take between 5-14 days on average to arrive in states other than Victoria)

CAN I TRACK WHERE MY BOX IS?
When we dispatch your goodies, Sendle will notify you via email with your tracking number. You can then go to the email we sent you and track your items through the tracking number we have sent you.
IF I’M NOT HOME OR AVAILABLE WHEN MY BOX IS DELIVERED, WHAT HAPPENS?
At this time, if you’re not available when your parcel is delivered, Sendle will leave the parcel at your front door or will leave you next steps to pick up your parcel from your closest delivery depot.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY BOX, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please track your parcel using the tracking number provided by the courier or Sendle. Orders inside Australia can take between 3 to 11 business days. Please also note the Post delays due to Covid-19. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently we are shipping only within Australia.
WHAT PRECAUTIONS HAVE HEART AND HAMPER TAKEN DURING THIS TIME?
We have implemented social distancing and self-hygiene measures to maintain a safe working environment when packaging items.
WILL YOU BE STOPPING SHIPMENTS ANYTIME SOON?
Heart and Hamper will continue to operate as long as it is allowed to do so. We are always keeping a mindful watch on the day to day current restrictions and changes and will alter the business to suit as the changes are made by the government.
Heart and Hamper does not process any exchanges or refunds for change of mind products although, if we have sent you something that does not match your order/ it’s considered faulty, please email via the ‘contact us’ page with photos and we are happy to exchange or refund your item.
